PRENATAL YOGA

“Yoga during Pregnancy”

can help you:
  • Build a healthy foundation for yourself and your baby
  • Learn to relax - during pregnancy, birth, and afterwards
  • Relieve tension in various areas of your body
  • Practice specific breathing techniques to calm and energize you
  • Utilize gentle stretching exercises to keep you fit and flexible
  • Strengthen your pelvis, lower back, and legs
  • Find safe ways of alleviating common symptoms
  • Develop a loving connection with yourself and your baby
  • Discover ways of feeling good and feeling good about yourself

Prenatal class is on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
